Patient Administrator

I joined the team as a central point of support for both our clients and staff, helping with scheduling, day-to-day office needs, and making sure everyone feels taken care of from the very first interaction and throughout their time with us. I truly value building connections and being someone our clients can rely on for guidance, answers, and a welcoming presence.

I take pride in being part of each client’s journey. Helping things run smoothly behind the scenes while also creating a space where people feel supported and comfortable.

Outside of work, I am a full-time, active mom and spend most of my time at school events or out on adventures with my son. When I get a quiet moment, I enjoy beach days with a good book, hiking, and exploring creative outlets like crochet, painting, and other forms of artistic expression.

Liz joined us in April as office support. Joyce is a dedicated Healthcare Virtual Assistant with experience supporting U.S.-based medical practices. She specializes in patient scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative coordination, helping ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

With a strong attention to detail and a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Joyce is committed to providing accurate and timely support while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. She values clear communication and strives to create a positive and supportive experience for every patient interaction.
